When engaged in cardio activity you are burning the stored fat in your body which helps create a caloric deficit.  Adding cardio to your routine not only is good for your heart, but it also helps burn fat while reving up your metabolism.  Simply by combining the cardio and weight training elements together will ensure you with results and a fit healthy body.

It’s clear that by adding these two fitness elements together you will quickly see results and you will be on your way to reaching your full fitness potential.  Another way to burn fat and increase your metabolism is to use your own bodyweight while exercising.  Your metabolic rate is basically the measure of how fast you burn through those unwanted calories while you are at rest.  When you boost your metabolism it can burn unwanted calories even while your body is resting.  Another result to training with weights that every women wants to experience is a toned body.  When your metabolism is higher, you expend more fat calories while the body is at rest.  You will be able to see the toned look in your body when you blast the fat after your determination and hard work.

It’s important to keep your workouts fun and fresh, otherwise it gets old quick.  At Body Envy Boot Camp all the guess work has been taken out of your fitness routine, there are so many varieties of exercises that have been planned out for you so there’s something new everyday.
