As a recovering diabetic, I must say that this information shows that you did your homework. By watching my carbohydrate intake - especially simple sugars - I was able to lower my blood's A1C from dangerous levels down to an 4.7.

A1C is the measure of blood sugar levels over a period of 3 months. A reading of 7 and over is considered high and diabetic.

However, I must say that it is also important for a diabetic to keep their intake of fats and salt to a minimum. High cholesterol and hypertension usually go hand-in-hand with type 2 diabetes.

After taking control of my health, I was able to shed 60 pounds and get my health back in check. The information you just posted about diabetic diets touches on some of the things I had to learn as I started that journey. Thanks for highlighting this topic.

I like what you are suggesting here but I cant really agree with you 100% on this information. Id be more inclined to take the conservative approach myselfBest Registry Cleaners

The calorie is a unit of quantity that suggests the muscularity content of fuel, in this context, food. Carbohydrates are a case of fuel, as are fats and proteins. You need a well-balanced mix of all three to function. For weight loss uses, calories matter, not carbs. At first i was a bit skeptical. The verity is our own metabolism organisation play a vital part in controlling the amount of body fat cooked in the process of offering energy to the body.
