The Cookie Diet
This type of diet is not for everyone. The followers of this type of diet can loose a substantial amount of muscle rather than fat. Dr Siegal himself only recommend this as a quick way of loosing weight and even with that a healthy dose of vitamins to balance the diet lacks of nutritional value as well as exercise are still required.
As with any type of extreme diet you are advised to consult your doctor before doing the cookie diet. It is suggested that you can lose as much as 15lbs of weight per months. For this Dr Siegel says Obesity is much riskier than a very low calorie diet and that Cookie Diet customers take a daily multivitamin to assure good nutrition.
Celebrities such as Denise Richards, Jennifer Hudson and Kelly Clarkson also reportedly tried the Cookie Diet.

My last attempt is scheduled for next month and researchng the latest diets I have heard some good things about the Fat Burning Furnace. Has anyone here tried it and is it any good?
Diet with cookies? I’d rather run 20 miles than stuffing myself with those. To each their own I suppose
